A note from George,
Your coaching helped my game measurably. Exhibit A- the 4 player team I was on won the four ball scramble! Now, understand I was on a team with 3 long hitters, two of which probably had single digit handicaps, so I cannot say that I carried the team. What I did contribute, however, was accuracy. I played first, and really impressed myself as well as my teammates by more often than not putting the shot dead center on line, whether from the tee or the fairway. This gave the gorillas a chance to take the high risk long shots.
Further, your sand shot coaching helped too. On a particular par 5, we had to choose whether to play a ball about 30 yards short but with a straight level shot from the fairway, or, a ball in a shallow green side bunker. I voted for the fairway chip, but the others preferred the sand shot. None of them got within twenty feet of the pin. Mine came out softly, released and rolled to about 10 inches from the cup!
Thanks again for everything!

Thank you for all of your help and your positive approach to teaching. My lessons with you were quite different than any I took in the past, and the things I learned from you have definitely stayed with me longer. I am passing your name on to my friends.

I judge Becky by what I observe in her, versus what other instructors do with my advice. First, a few words on my background. My expertise is that I am expert in changing human behavior in organizations, with over 50,000 case histories of measurable before-and-after change in large corporations. I made a film with Professor B. F. Skinner, voted the world's most influential psychologist. I am one of the first three people receiving a lifetime achievement award for applying it in organizations.
I know one thing for sure. No one listens to my ideas better than Becky Dengler. Two other characteristics of hers are invaluable:She implements them and she sustains them. Golf students should flock to her. So should instructors. The Wright brothers flying around in the big sky above will probably tip their wings in tribute.
